The biggest problem with self diagnosing is that most times you dont know what you have. Example one of the symptoms are "feeling sad" and you just go "yeah I feel sad sonetimes??" And now that you got that in your head you'll feel sad all the time because you are convinced. You need an outsider view on those things, want it or not, because this is a thing we do unconsciously, so its not like we are even trying to wrongly diagnose ourselves
